- Feed the complete line. The bucket elevator feeds the multihead weigher on its guarded support platform.
- Combine the pack weight. Selected weigh hoppers release a dose into the aligned pouch-forming tube.
- Index. Fill. Seal. Servo-driven film transport pauses for the cross-seal and cut cycle.
- Move the finished pouch. The pouch settles onto the conveyor and travels to the next packing step.
